Carrie-Ann Todd, Project Manager/Coordinator
I have had two opportunities to have TeamSoft as my employer since 2014. Everyone I have encountered has been awesome and I love how they treat me as a professional and personally. I don't hesitate to recommend them to other consultants and send referrals their way. I have worked with other agencies in the Madison area but TeamSoft is my favorite by far. They have supported me in every career move since coming to Wisconsin and encouraged me to stretch myself and learn new skills. I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for their support!
Dean A. Hein, Business Analyst, Data Governance Specialist
I‘ve been a consultant through TeamSoft for several years and have found the experience to be beyond my expectations. TeamSoft has demonstrated, over and over again, in their relationship with me, a high degree of organization maturity and devotion to superlative relationship building and client engagement. Many times the staff have gone the extra mile for me in more ways than I can list here. They have promoted my skills to various clients, which resulted in several contracts. They also give back to the community by having a Charitable Giving Committee and supporting the United Way Campaign. I have and would highly recommend the company to all my colleagues.
Gay Spencer, SQL Server Data Architect/BI Developer
A few years ago I was working in Texas but wanted to relocate to Wisconsin, and being a consultant through TeamSoft helped me accomplish that. That was just the first step in discovering they are a great team of people to work with, and they are much more than just a way to get connected with a job. It's been a delight to interact with folks in various roles at TeamSoft. They create a strong and ethical culture that inspires loyalty among their consultants. It's been fun to discover other TeamSoft consultants at a workplace and to hear that they also have great things to say about their experiences with TeamSoft. In contrast, I’ve heard consultants from other companies say that they wished they were with TeamSoft!
Heather Kluck, Business Analyst
Never did I think I would be a consultant, but the transition to consulting has been a great one for me with the help of the Teamsoft Team, and I'm so glad I did. The team or recruiters, human resources, consultants, and owners all have a passion and dedication to the values of the organization – honesty, community, and quality. It can be felt in every interaction and has been instrumental in my decision to remain with Teamsoft after each contracted has ended.
Jacy Imilkowski, PMP, Project Manager
TeamSoft is the first company I've worked with as a consultant and they have been nothing but wonderful. Some of the other firms I considered with were very high pressure, trying to get me to interview for positions I didn't think were a good fit. That was absolutely not the case with TeamSoft. From the first interview on they really took the time to get to know my skills, personality, and job goals to help ensure my placement was a great fit (which it was). In addition to the professional placement and support, TeamSoft is simply a great company. They have several events a year to raise money for local non-profits, support all kinds of community events, and reward their consultants for the work we do. I cannot recommend TeamSoft highly enough.
Jim Anderson, Senior Project Manager
I'd been working for another consulting company and was feeling burnt out and ready to go back into corporate IT. During my search, a TeamSoft recruiter contacted me about a contract-to-hire Project Manager position that seemed interesting but fell through at the last minute. A few days later, Eric contacted me about other opportunities. I was initially reluctant but, as I spoke with him and he talked about TeamSoft, I was reminded of all the reasons why I'd been originally attracted to consulting work. I made the move to TeamSoft over 10 years ago and am quite pleased that I did. They've presented me to great clients with opportunities to manage high profile projects. I've always felt supported by TeamSoft but never micro-managed. Their philosophy is to hire good people and then step back and let them do great work for clients. I've always been treated with respect and have very much enjoyed being part of the team both personally and professionally.
Joel Underwood, Senior Java Developer
Teamsoft has been a great match for me and allowed me to take my years of experience as an employee and guide me into consulting roles in the Madison area. While choosing a consulting company, I needed to have confidence in the quality, stability, and ethics of the consulting firm and I couldn't be happier with the relationship we have formed together. I know that Teamsoft is fighting for me and my interests to find a good fit with the right client. These are some of the many reasons that Teamsoft has built such an outstanding group of consultants and been a top tier firm that corporations come to depend on. Their social hours, softball teams, and summer and winter parties have really made Teamsoft a real community that I am thrilled to be a part of.
Karthik Balan, Release Coordinator/Manager
My experience in working with TeamSoft for about 2 years now has been really great. The work place is really open ended and is a schedule friendly work environment; Great for new comers in the industry, too, and a great place to network. The managers and workers are all very easy to talk to and work with. The company is very interested in making sure workers are not only well equipped work, but take a great interest in employees’ health and life in general. I've always felt supported by TeamSoft but never micro-managed. Overall a remarkable place to have a great balance of work, fun, and social life.

My experience of working with TeamSoft as a Project Management Consultant for the past 1.5 years has been truly remarkable. TeamSoft has given me a unique opportunity to apply my skills and experience for the client which has helped me to excel in my professional career. This company has a great culture which has created a strong bond amongst all TeamSoft employees. Everyone that I have interacted with has been passionate about their work and has incredible professionalism. The TeamSoft team has been very responsive in dealing effectively with any issues that arise for its employees. This company genuinely cares for its employee’s well-being by building a healthy and special relationship with each employee. It has been a pleasure working with TeamSoft, and I would highly recommend working for this outstanding company.
Rajeev Nagubandi, SQL Server DBA/Architect
TeamSoft stayed top among all the consulting firms I worked for until now. It is the only company which exceeded my expectations in every aspect. TeamSoft introduced me to one of its clients where I have a friendly and flexible work environment. I never had any problem with TeamSoft with its staff in communication or providing documentation, they always act fast. Being with TeamSoft, I feel confident and comfortable in my current and future assignments by looking at their client relations which are quiet impressive. I got an opportunity to advance professionally, experience great culture, meet people with ethical values, and work for a company that cares about employees and earn their trust. I wish I had joined TeamSoft much earlier.
Richard Butkevic, Project Manager
I've worked with Teamsoft over the past several years for a variety of engagements and have been consistently impressed at how much they genuinely support and care about their consultants and the efforts taken to ensure they nurture the great culture they've been able to create. Equally important, they have a impeccable reputation with clients which is a huge advantage - they know Teamsoft only works with the best.
Sai Reddypalli, Hyperion Essbase Developer
Certain things I really like at TeamSoft is how professionally they manage things. As an immigrant, I require certain documents for Visa purposes and all I needed to do was send an email and I got them in no time. How they process time sheets and pay stubs is also great. My account manager is a call or email away and is always happy to help. I also had a chance to attend the 20th anniversary party and a few other TeamSoft parties and events. I meet some really talented people and I also did my part with their help in the United Way. I also have a great time at the client location, which is a learning opportunity and a chance for me to add some good skills to my skillset.
