Management Team

TeamSoft was founded in 1996 by three IT experts who continue to lead the company today. Paul Heberer, Eric Larson, and Brian Worden are senior industry professionals with more than 70 years of combined, real-world experience in software development, project management, and IT systems and infrastructure. Our leaders have repeatedly returned to the trenches to ensure our skill sets and solutions remain current and we incorporate best practices into all we do.

Founding partner Paul Heberer serves as our technical leader. Paul has a depth and breadth of IT industry experience that spans more than 20 years, and he is an object oriented technology expert with a specialty in Java-related tools. Paul is directly involved in candidate screening and consultant retention activities to ensure that TeamSoft maintains its reputation for providing fully qualified consultants. Paul also assists with account management to help ensure that clients receive the level of service and support that TeamSoft is known for. Paul and his wife Olga enjoy spending time with their two children and are very active in their community and children’s school.

Eric Larson is a founding partner of TeamSoft and remains active as a Project Manager. He received his PMP certification in 2002. He has held a variety of IT positions over his career including help desk, support analyst, developer, systems analyst, project manager, and PMO Director. In recent years, Eric has successfully led many large-scale IT projects for clients in the Madison area. At TeamSoft, he works with Brian and Paul to manage the company growth and direction. Eric and his wife Nancy enjoy spending free time with their two sons. He coaches football in the fall and stays active with skiing and home remodeling.

One of three founding partners of TeamSoft, Brian has been actively involved in the technology field since 1986 and has extensive IT consulting and business management experience. For the past several years, Brian has focused on managing TeamSoft’s operations and ensuring that its customers are over-served. He also has direct responsibility for TeamSoft's largest client. Brian and his wife Karen have three energetic daughters. He enjoys coaching and attending their many sports and activities, having fun with his family, spending time outdoors, and working on projects around the house.

TeamSoft News

November is Men’s Health Month and to raise awareness some call it Movember, others call it no-shave November, but at here at TeamSoft, it is once again Grovember!

Time to ‘stache away your razor and help the TeamSoft Charitable Giving Committee (TCGC) contribute to the Movember Foundation to fight the most common enemy to men: prostate cancer.

Guys, your part is easier than your normal morning routine: For each November day that you grow a mustache, the TCGC will donate $1 to The Movember Foundation. Ladies, your part is even easier – either encourage a guy family member to participate, or send us a creative, fake-mustache picture of your own and we’ll donate $1 for each picture.

Be distinguished, be intimidating, be your favorite mustachioed hero. Recruit your friends, family, or coworkers to join you -- the TCGC will donate for them, too!

Please reply and let me know if you'd like to participate in Grovember, or just send your picture starting on Nov. 1. If you have any questions , please contact me at

The rules are simple:

  • Shave cleanly and send us your “before” picture anytime during November.
  • Post or send us periodic “update” pictures (or fakestache pictures for women).
  • At the end of November, or on whichever November day you choose to shave, send us an “after” picture with a creative pose.
  • It’s an honor system – just let us know how many days your mustache has grown.
  • In the spirit of “Movember,” our Grovember team encourages mustaches over beards. At the end of the month, we will conduct a vote for the most creative picture.
  • The winner will receive a certificate for a free shave from a local barbershop.
