The TeamSoft Charitable Giving Committee

The TeamSoft Charitable Giving Committee (TCGC) was formed in 2010 and is made up of office employees, consultants, and subcontractors. The main goal of the TeamSoft Charitable Giving Committee is to take responsibility for planning and coordinating charity events on behalf of the company, including endeavors in the Madison area as well as other locations. As of to date, the TCGC has helped over 90 charities and has raised over $125,000! If you have any questions about the TCGC, would like to see us get involved in a particular organization or event, please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. TeamSoft consultants and office staff can apply for up to $50 annually to fund their entry fees for charitable events or matching donations to charitable organizations of their choice. Requests will be reviewed and the funds appropriated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please download our official Charitable Event Participation (CEP) policy for instructions on making a CEP request.
The TeamSoft Charitable Giving Committee allocates $500 per quarter towards a grant program which is available for requests from company employees. The purpose of this program is to make funds available to the groups/charities our employees support by creating an organized and fair process for distribution of funds. In an effort to direct funds for the greatest impact, grant requests that use technology to further the purpose/goal of an organization are given priority; other areas of focus include environmental sustainability efforts, addressing key health issues, sustaining civic and cultural institutions, promoting women and people of color, as well as other aspects of diversity. Please download our official TeamSoft Grant policy for more information and instructions on making a grant request.
The TeamSoft Charitable Giving Committee expands our charitable efforts by setting aside additional funds out of our annual budget to support local/smaller organizations and relief efforts in case of a natural disaster in locations we do business in. If you would like to request funds to help with these efforts, please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. TeamSoft also has formed a partnership with the Family Stabilization Program (FSP), a program that is part of the Salvation Army that serves families moving from shelter to housing as well as families at risk of eviction, through our Sharing Wishes Program. Each quarter, the (FSP) shares their wishes at the beginning of each season which we then communicate through our quarterly wish list. These wishes include resources such as household cleaning supplies, toys, cooking utensils, bath towels, etc. If you would like to donate to this quarter’s wish list or would like to make a monetary donation to the Sharing Wishes Program, please reach out to Lisa Quam at This email address is being protected from spambots.
