Project Manager

TeamSoft is seeking a skilled and experienced project manager with a focus on IT application development projects. This is a full time employment position with our company. As a TeamSoft Project Manager you will lead application development project teams and take responsibility for accomplishing project objectives. The successful candidate will utilize knowledge and skills gained through professional experience in accordance with the best practices set forth by the Project Management Institute. Areas of responsibility include project time, cost, scope, quality and customer satisfaction. The work includes identifying requirements, establishing clear and achievable objectives, balancing competing demands and adapting the project to the concerns and expectations of the stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Proven success managing application development projects in current technologies
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong team building skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
Ability to multi task and manage changing priorities
Experience creating and maintaining work plans
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills:

PMP or PMI Certification
