This means that we go far beyond our own databases and online job boards to make the right hire.   • Our staff meets on a regular basis to discuss open requisitions. Every request is given our best efforts to fulfill. Once a pool of candidates is located, our selection process filters the group down to a small number of fully qualified people. Information about the client is then shared and the interested candidates are submitted for client consideration.
